Gangotri Textiles Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held during the third week of June, 2007, for the finalization of Accounts for the Financial Year ending March 31, 2007 and publish the Audited Financial Results for the last quarter of the financial year ending March 31, 2007 on or before June 30, 2007.
