Zhongda Fabric Wholesales Market, located in Guangzhou city, has been ranked number one in Chinese fabric industry. It has carved a niche in Asian fabric markets and is also known as 'business center of global textile products'.
The market acquires an area of 0.8 million square meters, having around 1100 shops dealing in over 20,000 categories of fabric with a yearly turnover of about RMB25 billion.
This place not only attracts buyers from all over the world but also many investors from Europe, Middle East and other areas, have rented shops for doing fabric business.
Monthly rent for these shops has been increasing in recent years reaching RMB10,000 per square meter.
