Kunming Yibao revokes products to save brand credibility

A batch of high-grade mosquito net detected with problems in brackets, was recently recalled by Kunming Yibao Industrial & Commercial Co Ltd.
It was for the first time in the history of China that such products were recalled by a company and this was done in order to protect the rights and interests of customers as well as the credibility of the brand.
Although problem with the product was very small, it caused inconvenience during usage. The company therefore decided to recall all the goods transacted allowing customers and dealers to ask for either a change or a refund for the disqualified nets.
According to statistics, a total of 3000 sets of product will be recalled incurring a loss of about 300,000 yuan to the Kunming Yibao Industrial & Commercial Co Ltd.
The improved products will deliberately bear a milk white resemblance so as to distinguish it from the batch of unqualified products which are yellowish in color.
