Singapore is to host a 10 day Bangladesh single country trade fair from May 23 to 25 and a similar exhibition will follow in Malaysia from May 30 to June 1.
These succeeding fairs will help Bangladesh explore potential markets for its very advanced products and services.
The expo in Singapore will be held on the premises of Mostafa Plaza while in Kuala Lumpur it will be arranged at the Putra Jaya Convention Center.
Over 100 booths displaying a variety of conventional Bangladeshi goods will be exhibited during these 10 day events in both the countries.
Jute and jute goods, handicrafts, readymade garments, cosmetics and industrial products will be the major attraction at the most awaited exhibitions.
Experts believe that Bangladesh is likely to attract a large number of foreign enterprises who may be inclined to place huge export orders for these exquisite goods.
Local entrepreneurs will have a very good opportunity to tap foreign markets and clients.
