Principal export items of Pakistan to Czech Republic are article of apparel/cloth accessories made up textile articles, rags, leather and leather manufactures, sports goods and surgical instruments which contributes 29.9% in total exports of Pakistan to Czech Republic.

Main items of import from Poland and Czech Republic are paper and paper board and articles which contributes 34.07% in total imports of Pakistan from Czech Republic, In addition boilers, machinery and mechanical appliances, telecommunication appliances and mechanical appliances, telecommunication appliances and equipment, dyeing, tanning material and rubber are also imported.
