More people over 50 years old are employed than ever before in the UK and employers need to know how to provide attractive and supportive jobs to recruit and retain these highly skilled and experienced members of staff.
Northampton Business School has been working with Politecnico Calzaturiero S.c.a.r.l., Italy and Tubingen University, Germany to research European best practice in this area and researchers from Italy and the University will explain their findings and give recommendations at the free seminar from 2 –4pm, Knowledge Exchange, Park Campus, Boughton Green Road.
