Bossa takes a lead in organic textile production

Global warming seems to be bliss for Bossa, Turkey's biggest integrated textile enterprises, whose organic and ecological products are in high demand these days.

The company restructured itself as nature-friendly with an investment of 550,000 euros and since then it has built an exceptionally good rapport with various global brands by marketing its ecological products.

Nearly 10 percent of its total production is set aside for organic goods and one of the latest achievements of the company includes selling five million meters of these products in less than a year.

Being one of the foremost companies to have successfully transferred a 100 percent herbal painting process into the industry, Bossa has worked with such esteemed brands like H&M, Paige Premium, Calvin Klein, Habitual, Mexx, Next, Debenhams, JC, Kappahl and Nudie Jeans.

Although, Turkey may not be able to compete with India and China in terms of costs, it has created an entirely different market for its organic clothing and design.

Presently, Bossa has been producing its organic goods in accordance with Ekoteks which is primarily an international certificate that stands as evidence to the fact that the products are eco-friendly and does not contain any harmful chemical.

With rising demand for its classic and unique organic products, the company produces three and a half million meters annually and has plans to include soybean, linen, cannabis, wool and cotton in its product range.
