On June 18, Ethylene prices showed a rising trend for almost all the importing countries. Prices quoted for Asian, Far Eastern, European as well as for the United States, experience a steep hike compared to the earlier week.
Ethylene prices in Asia region:
Ethylene, CFR Northeast Asia, at US $1630-1640 per metric ton.
Ethylene, CFR Southeast Asia, at US $1520-1530 per metric ton.
Ethylene prices in Far East region:
Ethylene, FOB South Korea, at US $1600 per metric ton.
Ethylene, FOB Japan, at US $1600 per metric ton.
Ethylene prices in Europe:
Ethylene, FD Northwest Europe, at Euro 1005.00-1009.00 per metric ton.
Ethylene, CIF Northwest Europe, at US $ 1455.00-1465.00 per metric ton.
Prices in the United States:
Propylene (refining level) FAS Houston at US cent 74.250-74.500 per lb.
Ethylene, FD US Gulf, at US cent 63.500-63.750 per pound.
