The Chairmen of all Textile Mills' Associations in Tamil Nadu have thanked the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu for taking up the cotton crisis personally with the Centre.

They have requested the State Government to consider their demands of uninterrupted power supply, equal distribution of power shortage across the State, implementing Pune Model and providing suitable fuel subsidy to enable the organisations having captive power plants to run the gensets and reduce the power shortage. They have also pleaded to implement flexible labour policy in the State.

The Chairmen of all Textile Mills' Associations in Tamil Nadu have thanked Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI), all the Textile Mills' Associations in the country, all the textile mills and allied sectors for their wholehearted support.
