Jumbo Bags to develop polypropylene fabric for pharma sector

Jumbo Bag Ltd has informed that regarding a Press Release dated September 12, 2008 titled "Jumbo Bag Ltd receives approval from British Retail Consortium (BRC).

Jumbo Bags Limited, one of the leading players in developing Jumbo Bags using Polypropylene fabric will benefit from its vertically integrated clean room plant to manufacture Jumbo Bags in a dust free environment which caters to the requirements of the pharma sector.

The company has received approvals for exporting Clean Room Jumbo bags to various customers. It has recently obtained British Retail Consortium (BRC) certification from Intertek, USA. JBL is already certified for ISO 22000:2005 and American Institute of Baking (USA).

The company expects to exceed sales of Rs.75 crore and improvement in net profit by another 50 percent in the current fiscal. JBL is one of the leading companies to manufacture bulk or very big export oriented container sized bags.

JBI has current capacity to produce 2 million per annum with manufacturing facilities near Chennai. Jumbo Bags Limited products are being exported to over 30 countries across the globe. The company has a consistent dividend track record with a small equited capital of Rs. 6.80 crore.
