Likewise, the new design of the entrance to Hall 4 proved to promote visitor frequency.
The organiser of the textile trade fair, munich fabric start Veranstaltungen GmbH, sees its policy confirmed. This applies to the new investment in sophisticated trend information, which has been extended to include the Kids and Teens areas, as it does to the optimisation of the stand and studio layout, which proves to be a special challenge time and again considering the limited space available. Speaking on behalf of the management Wolfgang Klinder sums up: “The trade fair has become a genuine working platform for the industry and will develop further along these lines.” This means the fair succeeded in disassociating itself from the rather subdued mood governing the fashion fairs in August and in providing the industry with the positive momentum so urgently needed for the 2009/2010 Autumn/Winter season.
