On|Off, London Fashion Week's showcase for emerging and established fashion and design talent has announced plans to move its venue to the Science Museum in South Kensington. The event will run from Sunday 22nd – Tuesday 24th February 2009.

Founder and Creative Director of On|Off, Lee Lapthorne said of the move, “We've enjoyed four successful years at the Royal Academy of Arts and showcased some enviable designers over the seasons. We are really excited about the new venue and look forward to using our cutting edge approach and technology to create a unique environment for our designers.”

The On|Off catwalk shows and designer exhibition will take place at Level 2, The Science Museum, which holds up to 500 guests and has played host to some of fashions biggest names including: Julien MacDonald, Aquascutum, Basso and Brooke and Jonathan Saunders. Situated next to the Natural History Museum – the site of the London Fashion Week tents, it will ensure ease of access for press and buyers.

On|Off's focus has always been to utilise new technologies and drive fashion showcases forward and this season will be no exception.
