The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) recently reported that exports of textile and garment to Turkey have been enjoying strong growth in recent times, thanks to official abolishment of quota in 2007.
Among all products exported to the market in the first eight months this year, fabric was the highest currency – earning product, accounting for more than 50 percent of total exports turnover of the country.
During this period, fabric exports turnover to Turkey stood at US $20.06 million, represented a year–on-year growth of 24.48 percent.
