IMB - World of Textile Processing starts in Cologne

IMB 2009 - World of Textile Processing, the leading global trade fair for the textile processing industry, opened its doors.
In Halls 6 to 9 of the Cologne exhibition centre, a total of 509 companies from 36 countries will be exhibiting the entire globally relevant range of products and services for the processing of flexible materials.
The trade fair was opened by the Mayor of the City of Cologne and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Koelnmesse, Fritz Schramma. The initial comments of exhibitors and journalists confirmed that IMB 2009 has a broad international scope in terms of its exhibitors and visitors. These observers also praised the large number of innovations at this year's World of Textile Processing.
The range of products and services at this year's IMB - World of Textile Processing encompasses machines and facilities, IT solutions, and services for all stages of the textile value chain. The trade fair will run through Friday, April 24, 2009.
