ZSCHIMMER & SCHWARZ acquires Colormix of T.E.M.A.

In line with its growth strategy ZSCHIMMER & SCHWARZ has acquired the Colormix division from T.E.M.A S.p.a. in Castelnuovo Rangone (Mo), Italy. The Colormix division is a leading supplier of Tintometric Solutions and Integrated Colour Management Systems for the Ceramic, Textile, Paint and Inks Industry and will be integrated into ZS TECH srl. Technology Solutions in Sassuolo (Mo), Italy.

The acquisition strengthens the position of ZSCHIMMER & SCHWARZ in the world wide market for Ceramic auxiliaries and will be effective as from September 1st, 2009.

The transaction comprehends the transfer of the complete Colormix Divison of T.E.M.A. including all specialized personnel and all customer relationships. The production of the product lines, development and customer service will take place at ZS TECH srl.

Technology Solutions in Sassuolo (Mo), Italy, a majority participation of ZSCHIMMER & SCHWARZ.
