Executive Media and Crisis Skills
Wednesday, June 16, 9:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
This session will teach the vital skill of managing media and press relations surrounding a crisis. Geared toward the senior executive, attendees will learn an organizational process for responding to challenging questions from the interviewer.

In addition to the educational sessions, NRF will announce the winners of the coveted Law Enforcement Retail Partnership Award and the Loss Prevention Case of the Year awards. The Ring of Excellence inductees and Volunteers in Action will also be recognized during the presentation. The general session and presentation will take place Tuesday, June 15 at 8:30 a.m.

Following the awards presentation, attendees will get a first-hand look at Dr. Richard Hollinger's National Retail Security Survey preliminary findings. To conclude the session, law enforcement partners from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency will discuss how their programs are implementing partnerships with retailers throughout the nation.
