Defunct textile mills in Kaduna allocated N24 bn

According to the newly elected Vice-President, Mohammed Namadi Sambo the federal government has allocated N24 billion to resurrect textile enterprises in Kaduna state.

Along with this, N15 billion has been released to manufacturers of plant and machinery for the state's Independent Power Project (IPP).

He disclosed this at a function to honour him on being elected to the post of Vice-President. He assured the people that he would try his utmost to revive the defunct textile mills in the state.
