More than 250 local and international companies are expected to exhibit at the ninth edition of the Apparel Industry Suppliers Exhibition (AISEX) 2018 beginning May 10. The three-day exhibition in Colombo, Sri Lanka, will display new products and services, by venturing into and exploring industry best practices, trends and emerging opportunities.

The exhibition organised by the Sri Lanka Apparel Institute along with Lanka Exhibition & Conference Services, will discuss the future development of the industry as a major sourcing and knowledge hub for the apparel sector by 2020.

More than 3,000 visitors at the fair will get opportunity to learn and be inspired by garment manufacturing and digital textile printing solutions, observe competitors and market trends, build a database of potential buyers and suppliers, interact and network with the entire value chain. "The exhibition will feature and present the most up to date and relevant exhibits products, services and information relevant to small and medium enterprises as well as for large corporates and for entrepreneurs looking to enter the industry," said the AISEX website.
