PTA prices tumble in Asia preceding week

PTA prices in Asia slashed because of dull demand for product in the region.
In FE Asia, PTA prices slumped US$ 45/ton in the prior week to US$ 835/ton from US$ 880/ton in the last week, fall of 5.11 per cent.
PTA prices in SE Asia stepped down by 6.63 per cent to US$ 845/ton in the previous week after a reduction of US$ 60/ton in the previous week.
India witnessed a depletion of US$ 65/ton in PTA prices in the last week while settling at US$ 855/ton in comparison to US$ 920/ton in the former week.
