Textile & garment exports likely to achieve y-o-y rise of 13 to 15%

Vietnam's textile and garment export revenue is expected to achieve year-on-year rise of 13 to 15 percent to the European Union (EU) in 2007.
The country is expected to earn US $1.3 billion from exports of textile and garments to the EU in 2006, said the Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association.
Exports for the first 11 months were $1.2 billion, a hike of 45 percent compared to same period of previous year, official sources informed.
