The Committee of the Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI) at its meeting held on 26th September 2007, unanimously elected Shri P. D. Patodia as Chairman, Shri R.K. Dalmia as Deputy Chairman (DC) and Shri Shishir Jaipuria as Vice Chairman (VC) of CITI for the year 2007-08.
Shri P.D. Patodia – Chairman: Shri Patodia has been the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Cotton of CITI-Cotton Development and Research Association for several years now and continues to hold that position. CITI-CDRA is currently working on cotton development, especially on improving the quality of cotton and production of extra long staple cotton.
Shri R.K. Dalmia – Deputy Chairman: Shri R.K. Dalmia appointed as a Deputy Chairman at Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI).
Shri Shishir Jaipuria – Vice Chairman: Shri Shishir Jaipuria appointed as a Vice Chairman at Confederation of Indian Textile Industry (CITI).
