- Clothing & Footwear increased with higher prices for both clothing and footwear.
- Education rose with an increase in costs for other education & training.
The CPI excluding tobacco index for November was 112.0, down 0.2 percent since October and up 2.7 percent in the year. Table 2 now includes an index for the CPI excluding energy products. This index was up 0.1 percent since October and increased by 1.7 percent in the year since November 2004.
