Viscose & acrylic speciality fibres producer Kelheim Fibres GmbH's subsidiary Dolan GmbH is expanding its business.
Robert Gregan, CEO of Dolan and Kelheim Fibres : "After a phase of strategic reviews and having achieved an understanding of the options for our acrylic speciality fibres business our shareholders together with the management have decided to pursue an aggressive growth path to develop the business."
We are committed to and have started a significant investment and marketing programme to re-position the well-known DOLAN brand in traditional and new markets. We have started to work with well-established customers in the outdoor and awnings area, whom we did not supply while the business had a limited focus on growth.
With our concentration on quality and innovation we offer added-value relationships to both new and existing customers.
The aggressive growth will be seen principally in new areas, mainly in technical fibres. We will expand our position as a leading supplier of fibres for car tops, awnings and outdoor end uses, and at the same time deliver strong growth in technical areas.
With a motivated team of experienced professionals and an excellent asset base together with the new investments already started we continue to be a preferred partner in the industry.
The Dolan business has become an integral part for the success of Kelheim Fibres. Our shareholders have confirmed their long-term and strategic commitment to both the viscose and the acrylic speciality fibres businesses with their support for significant investments.
