Rise in exhibitor numbers at Apparel Sourcing Show

The show returns to the Jacob Javits Convention Center July 16 – 18, 2013 and is co-located with Texworld USA and the Home Textiles Sourcing Expo, creating one of the largest sourcing destinations in the U.S.

For the fourth year in a row, the International Apparel Sourcing Show has seen an increase in exhibitor participation and new country pavilions. Two of the major textile-producing nations, China and the USA, have maintained their presence while companies from Colombia and the United Arab Emirates look forward to exhibiting for the first time at the show.

Messe Frankfurt organizes the International Apparel Sourcing Show together with the Sub-Council of Textile Industry, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT TEX).

With a focus on woven and knitted garments, most exhibitors supply activewear, childrenswear, menswear and womenswear to the international markets. In addition, the companies offer a variety of customer-oriented services such as contract manufacturing, ODM (origin design manufacturing) and private label development.

The co-location of the International Apparel Sourcing Show with Texworld USA creates a one stop shop for our attendees, offering visitors the ability to source fabric and manufacturers in one location.

The International Apparel Sourcing Show is again co-located with Texworld USA, the largest apparel fabrics show in North America, and Home Textile Sourcing Expo. In July 2012, the three co-located events drew 608 exhibitors and more than 5,200 attendees. Other highlights include the Trend Area produced by Paris designers 2G2L, and an expansive seminar program organized by Lenzing Fibers.

The International Apparel Sourcing Show is New York’s apparel sourcing event focused on the production supply chain for contract manufacturing, private label, and ODM - original design manufacturing.

The next edition of the International Apparel Sourcing Show will take place July 16 - 18, 2013 at the Javits Convention Center in New York City, co-located with Texworld USA. Mauritius and Pakistan pavilions return to the show floor, while the show welcomes first time pavilion organizer Proexport Colombia.
