Pearl Global Ltd has informed BSE that due to personal reasons Mr. Amit Seth has been resigned from the Directorship of the Company, with immediate effect, vide his resignation letter dated April 24, 2006, received by the Company on May 09, 2006. He also resigned from M/s. Pearl Styles Ltd, Subsidiary Company of the Company, with immediate effect.
Further the Company has informed that Mr. Anil Nayar, Independent Director of the Company has been appointed as Independent Director of its Subsidiary Company M/s. Pearl Styles Ltd.
