Profitable decision to develop Polyef JSC - Polyester Complex

In the present state of affairs, it is quite reasonable that SIBUR Holding JSC, LUKOIL-Neftekhim CJSC and Zavod Selena LLC, top Russian petrochemical companies, agreed to participate in the project implementation.
Purchase of Polyef shares by its strategic partners (SIBUR Holding JSC and LUKOIL-Neftekhim CJSC) will speed up complex construction, provide for easier supply of necessary petrochemical feedstock, and improve sales, says Anatoly Bondaruk, CEO of Polyef JSC. This solution will surely appear beneficial for Bashkortostan authorities interested in near completion of construction and efficient operation of petrochemical complex in Blagoveschensk.
“The decision is profitable to all the participants,” says A.V.Dyukov, President of SIBUR Holding JSC, while announcing plans to continue “joint work with Zavod Selena LLC management headed by A.Bondaruk who has brought this ambitious project to life in such a short term.”
JSC SIBUR Holding specializes in the downstream processing of the hydrocarbon and other materials under contracts with various manufacturing plants. The Company processes materials into a line of semi-finished and finished petrochemical products and sells them in domestic and foreign markets. JSC SIBUR Holding has controlling interest in some of such manufacturing facilities and a share in their authorized capital stock.
