A conference call to discuss the acquisitions will be held Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at 8:30 a.m. While the question-and-answer session of the call will be limited to institutional analysts and investors, retail brokers and individual investors are invited to listen to a live webcast.

Company-owned labels include, among others, Marvin Richards, Black Rivet, Colebrook and Siena Studio.
