Century of Success - 2006 proves a milestone for Li & Fung

The Hong Kong-based Li & Fung Group celebrated its 100th anniversary with a cocktail reception at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, together with its local and overseas customers and business associates, and government officials from Hong Kong and the Mainland of China.

From its beginnings in 1906, Li & Fung has evolved from a small family trading business into a multinational group of companies driving strong growth in three distinct core businesses – export sourcing through Li & Fung Limited, integrated distribution through Integrated Distribution Services Group Limited, and retailing through Convenience Retail Asia Limited and other non-listed entities.

Today, the Group is a global leader in the supply chain management business with estimated revenues in excess of US$10 billion in 2006, and over 25,000 employees across 40 countries worldwide.
