KnollTextiles launches classic modern design to healthcare

KnollTextiles introduces a fresh, new healthcare collection consisting of three privacy curtain fabrics, three Crypton upholstery fabrics and a vinyl wallcovering. At the heart of the healthcare introduction are the three coordinating drapery fabrics.
Called Perspectives Collection, these new textiles reflect the changing trends in the healthcare environment. Influenced by hospitality, Perspectives exhibits a sophistication and complexity in pattern and color not historically seen in this market.
Colors are calming, clear and clean, and include updated versions of classic greens and blues punctuated by more surprising tones of gray, neutral earth tones and even gold. All are made of 100% Avora FR polyester.
Ideology, the boldest pattern of the group, is a wide stripe created by the layering and juxtaposition of textures and patterns across the 72-in. width of the fabric. With individual elements inspired by woven rattan, embroidery and basket weaves, the pattern also contains calming, open and empty space.
Expression is a pattern of layered ovals, the symbol of healing and therapeutic energy flow. Natural light, another healing interior element, bounces off the contrasting matte and sheen surface, so the pattern evolves throughout the day. Candid, the smallest scale pattern, ties the collection together with its geometric motif taken from an embroidery that is also used in both Expression and Ideology.
The three upholstery fabrics, appropriate to healthcare as well as other high traffic areas, are Regard, an abstract floral, Highline, a plush with a tonal vertical stripe, and Treble, a small scale multicolor grid. Each comes in ten colorways and is made with Crypton, a stain, moisture and bacteria resistant barrier.
