KPR Mill Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. Un-audited Quarterly Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 and year to date results.
2. Declaration of Interim Dividend to the Equity Shareholders of the Company.
