Muvantex NV takes over Bekaert Depla Fabrics

Muvantex NV, a leading manufacturer and supplier of home furnishing in Belgium has now taken over Bekaert Depla Fabrics, which was a family run business. The acquisition will help both companies have a better future prospect and a bigger market share globally.
Muvantex has not only bought the collection of Bekaert but also the machines and the name from Bekaert Depla. This step of Muvantex will help the company enlarge its contemporary collection in flat woven jacquards, velvets, drapery and contract fabrics with the traditional collection of Bekaert-Depla Fabrics.
Muvantex is convinced that both, the Muvantex and the Bekaert-Depla collection will be strong items in near future. The home furnishing producer is renowned for flexibility, creativity and is praised by many customers for the same.
From now on both the enterprises will share the name and would be addressed by both names.
Decosit show is scheduled to take place from September 13 to 16, will also present the latest collections of both enterprises, which are especially created for this exhibition.
