INVISTA declares beginning of refinancing & modifications

Antron carpet fibre maker INVISTA announced that it is commencing the process of refinancing certain tranches of its senior secured credit facility and seeking other modifications to such facility to reduce the interest rates on its term loans and to revise certain covenants.
Such refinancing and modifications are contingent on the approval of the lenders under its senior secured credit facility and there can be no assurance that the lenders will approve the refinancing and modifications.
INVISTA has a manufacturing or marketing presence in every major market and garment region worldwide. Today it is comprised of five businesses: Apparel; Performance and Textile Fibers; Interiors; Intermediates; and Polymer and Resins.
