Celerant Technology, a leading provider of omni-channel retail solutions, has announced that it has been highly-ranked in the 2019 RIS Software LeaderBoard, the prestigious annual rankings of retail technology. Celerant has consistently topped the LeaderBoard charts for 15 years in-a-row; ten of those years in the top five; this year at the third position.

The RIS Software LeaderBoard ranks software vendors based on technology and customer evaluations. Through their responses in the survey, Celerant’s customers recognised the company for the quality of its solutions, ranking it number one in ‘Total Cost of Operation’ and ‘Return on Investment’ for tier one & mid-size retailers. Celerant achieved top-tier rankings in 32 other categories within the 2019 RIS Software LeaderBoard, including: top mid-size vendor; top vendors for mid-size retailers; top vendors in customer satisfaction; leader apparel vendor leaders; leaders in quality of service; leaders in ease of administration; leaders in quality of support; leaders in overall performance by tier one & mid-size retailers; leaders in technology innovation by tier one & mid-size retailers; leaders in software reliability by tier one & mid-size retailers; and many others, the company said in a media statement.

“In the spectrum of retail technology, there is a very small fraction who rank near the top of the RIS LeaderBoard. Celerant has not only been included in this exclusive list for the past 15 years, it has been recognised in the top 5 for 10 of those years. Celerant’s consistent ranking indicates their focus on superior customer satisfaction and technology. Few software providers can compete with this record of consistency,” Joe Skorupa, editorial director of RIS News said.

Celerant Technology’s enterprise retail management solution, Stratus Retail, enables omni-channel retailers to manage and expand their entire business, in-store and online, within one system in real-time. To enable retailers to be more competitive on the web, Celerant offers custom ecommerce sites built on a single database with Celerant’s POS software; seamless integrations to multiple third-party online marketplaces; and full-service digital marketing encompassing SEO and integrated email automation. Celerant’s email automation tool pulls real-time sales/customer data to personalise emails and promotions based on each consumer’s prior purchases and demographics.

“Servicing the retail industry for close to two decades, Celerant has witnessed many changes in the industry, including the shift to online, mobile, EMV, and automation. As a retail technology leader, we pride ourselves on being nimble and able to change with the times, not just keep up. Our goal is to pave the way and enable our retail clients to gain a competitive edge through innovation and technology,” Ian Goldman, CEO of Celerant Technology said. (GK)
