Jesta, a leader in integrated ERP solutions for wholesalers and omni-channel retailers, has launched its latest Vision CRM powered by Snowflake and Tableau. The newest Vision CRM builds on Jesta’s industry-leading analytics foundation and leverages AI-driven algorithms to provide businesses with holistic insights on its customers across all channels.

Armed with powerful personalised views, businesses can segment shoppers and capitalise on system-suggested opportunities for converting them into loyal brand ambassadors. Vision CRM comes pre-loaded with automatic segmentation rules so businesses can easily see their best customers, big spenders, recent customers, lost customers, and more. The auto segments are behaviour-based, and can be customised and combined with traditional ones (gender, age, and so on), the company said in a media statement.

Snowflake’s cloud-based, multi-tenant platform boasts unparalleled agility coupled with rich visualisations enabled by Tableau. Vision CRM offers interactive data visualisations making analytics easy to digest and delivering unmatched views for users on desktops, tablets and smartphones. Vision CRM’s intuitive drag-and-drop enables faster deep diving and decision making.

“Data is the currency of the future. Vision CRM marries the immense power of the cloud coupled with the potential of AI to jump-start the next phase of Vision Analytics. Our industry-leading platform gives clients an exhaustive profile of shoppers for more agile business predictions, planning and execution,” Arvind Gupta, president of Jesta said.
