OneNeck IT Services Corporation, the leading ERP outsourcing services provider to mid-market companies, announced it has acquired the managed hosting business unit from Ensynch, Inc., a leading provider of IT consulting and staffing services.

Since its inception in 2000, Ensynch has focused on serving mid-market to enterprise-level commercial and public sector customers with IT consulting, staffing and managed services. The Ensynch managed hosting business will provide OneNeck with an additional Tier II data center in the Phoenix area and a team of highly skilled technical resources. The transaction also brings one hundred additional mid-market customers to OneNeck, further solidifying their position as the mid-market leader of outsourcing services.

The combined business units will leverage Ensynch's data center assets and technical talent to continue to serve their customer base uninterrupted. Additionally, Ensynch's Managed Services customers will gain access to additional services from OneNeck's portfolio, including advanced ERP support and additional business application hosting services.

"Acquiring the Ensynch managed hosting business unit further advances OneNeck's stated objective of gaining midsize outsourcing market share while reinforcing our services business," said Chuck Vermillion, CEO of OneNeck. "Adding the infrastructure managed hosting business of Ensynch to our already strong ERP management capabilities enhances our competitive position in the Southwest and has the potential to be our most successful acquisition to date."

Collectively, the two organization's strength in hosting will be complemented by OneNeck's world-class ERP outsourcing capabilities. Ensynch's customers will now be able to take advantage of an enhanced set of services, expanded resources, and customer facing personnel. OneNeck's customers will gain increased access to technical expertise, and the additional enterprise-class data center means customers have options as to where their infrastructure resides. The two organizations share the same market approach and have complementary services.

"Organizations are increasingly looking to managed service specialists for operational efficiency, management of their networks, and applications to reduce costs and productivity," said Gene Holmquist, President and CEO of Ensynch. "Ensynch's data center managed hosting business will add to the portfolio of outsourced hosting services available to OneNeck customers."

Added Vermillion, "This transaction builds on our acquisitions of Virtual ESI and Delinea, and increases the range of facilities and services that we can offer to our growing set of customers." This transaction marks the third acquisition for OneNeck.
