With this new system LANXESS is responding to the increasing threat posed to facilities that are otherwise difficult to protect. The novel concept could bring a whole new dimension to efforts to counter the threat of attacks during events such as next year's Soccer World Cup.
Even larger areas of terrain can rapidly be secured in an uncomplicated and, above all, cost-effective manner with this spraying process. In the event that a disturbance is registered during a monitoring flight, this can then be investigated in a targeted way by trained personnel. Expensive and error-prone inspections are therefore a thing of the past. Railroad construction work or animal tracks are automatically classified as unproblematic by the software.
Proven readiness and environmental compatibility The weather-resistant chemical has already proven its technical readiness and environmental compatibility in several tests and large-scale experiments. The results show that the new system can significantly improve the security not only of railroad and pipeline routes, but also of power stations and airports.
German multi-national chemical group LANXESS is among the few suppliers to the leather industry who has an almost complete chemical product range for the manufacturing of leather. Products include inorganic- and synthetic tanning agents, preservatives, tanning and finishing auxiliaries, fatliquors and dyestuffs.
