Sahu selects Method's Pro-RFID for new factory

Sahu Exports, Noida based manufacturer and exporter of apparel, has chosen Pro-RFID technology by Methods Apparel Consultancy once again for their new factory.

Pro-RFID system is a real time production management system based on latest technologies to monitor and improve efficiencies. This system is designed to arm the production management team with all the information required to manage the shop floor operations, Methods Apparel said.

Pro-RFID technology provides information like operator efficiencies, line/section/division and factory performance, off-standard/Lost time monitoring, WIP on each operator, bottle neck operations in the line, quality performance and much more.

All information is displayed on LCD, and management of Sahu Exports believes that the technology will further help them improve productivity, efficiency and quality.

“The system has helped us tremendously to have transparency and instant access of all the production data and take pro-active measures in time. I strongly believe that this modernisation will significantly help us to further enhance our growth,” said Pradeep Chaudhary, vice president of Sahu Exports Group. (RKS)
