Aditya Birla's abof.com has been awarded the ‘debutant e-retailer of the year 2016’ by Indian Retail Congress. Abof.com pipped some of the leading players in the Indian e-commerce/e-retail industry to bag this award.

Enhanced user experience such as 3D trial rooms, visual search options, less than 10 per cent attrition, high share of abof's own brand, robust technology and customer support infrastructure were the aspects that supported abof's victory.

“The award is a reflection of the significant and sustained efforts put in by the entire team at abof. I am excited to see such recognition well within the first year of going live. This win is another feather in our cap, one of many to follow,” said Prashant Gupta, president and CEO of abof.

Indian Retail Congress has been a pioneer in the e-retailing awards in India. Abof has got trendy and celebrity inspired apparel, footwear and accessories and is the fastest concept to launch in the industry. (NA)
