Four new deals for Original Penguin by Munsingwear

Perry Ellis International Inc announced that it has entered into four new license agreements for multiple product categories in both domestic and international markets under the Original Penguin by Munsingwear brand.
On the domestic front, the Company has entered into agreements with The British Apparel Collection, Ltd. and Tattoo Watches, LLC, to manufacture and distribute men's hosiery, and men's watches and jewelry respectively. Under both agreements, product will be distributed within better department and specialty stores in the U.S. New Original Penguin Hosiery product will launch in June 2012, with watches and jewelry launching shortly thereafter in fall 2012.
Internationally, the Company entered into agreements with Ambucombal, SA de C.V., and Linea Magna, SA de C.V., to manufacture and distribute men's footwear and men's, women's, boy's and girl's sportswear respectively. Under both agreements, product will be distributed within better department and specialty stores throughout Mexico. New Original Penguin sportswear in Mexico will launch in February 2012 at Palacio de Hierro department store, with footwear launching in March 2012.
