Aspaeris, compression sportswear that improves performance, speeds recovery, and prevents injuries for female athletes, is now offering a limited edition, red Aspaeris Pivot Short (APS) with a special logo.

Endurance runners have been consistently impressed with the performance and recovery enhancing benefits of Pivot Shorts. Racing With Babes blogger, Tonia Blanchet, along with 15 other members of Team AfterNuun Delight, will be wearing Pivot Shorts during the 199 mile Hood To Coast Relay in Oregon on August 24-25. "I know that the compression of the Pivot Shorts and the electrolytes of Nuun will help alleviate cramps and speed recovery—two things crucial to regaining that edge for my next leg," explains Blanchet.

Joan Klopfenstein wore her Pivot Shorts during the 200 mile, Chicago Ragnar Relay race on June 8-9, 2012. “I was not sore whatsoever and actually could've run quite a bit more…” Klopfenstein remarked. “I normally don't like tight shorts but these were a little longer. I definitely liked the material and how they fit me. I do feel like if I didn't wear them my quads would've been sorer! I'm a believer now!”

APS is the only compression short designed specifically for females that improves performance, speeds recovery, and prevents injuries. In a recent survey, 80% of Pivot Short users reported a performance increase and 62% reported significantly faster recovery time when wearing the shorts after long runs. APS is being worn by thousands of new users and has been tested by over 100 premier sports medicine professionals and athletic trainers. APS was worn by the fastest all-female Ultra team in the Ragnar Relay SoCal 2012 and is a proud sponsor of the Hartford Marathon Foundation.

Founded by Samara Innovations, LLC in 2010, Aspaeris is a female-centric sportswear company that strives to protect athletes from injury and enhance their performance with advanced compression apparel.
