Fashion and lifestyle destination ICONIC was awarded the ‘Most Admired Social Media Campaign’ for the year 2012 at the recently held Images RetailME Awards. Attended by some of the industry’s most exclusive and high profile delegates and commemorating retailing excellence in the region, the Awards recognize best performing retailers and retail practices across the Middle East.

With a panel of judges involving experts from the retail industry, the brand’s winning campaign ‘Fashion for the Everyday Icon’ clearly impressed them with its strategy and approach. Inclusive of a 360 degree marketing tactic that revolved around effectively promoting the campaign through Social Media, the campaign gained maximum popularity and exposure, along with finding fervor from its fashion enthusiasts too. The award is another milestone at the RetailME Awards, where ICONIC previously won the Most Admired Store Design and also took home the title of Most Admired Departmental Store for the year 2011.

ICONIC is currently present on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Interest too. The Facebook page generates much interest and beautifully marries the online initiatives with the in-store activations.
