American Swan bags 'Emerging E-retailer Of the Year' Award

American Swan, the premium international Fashion & lifestyle brand has been adjudged as the ‘Emerging E-retailer of the Year’ at the Indian Retail Congress Awards, 2014. The award was conferred during a ceremony at Hyatt Regency, Gurgaon, on Friday, April 25th 2014 and was attended by leading names in Indian & world retailing.
 
Indian Retail Congress Awards, 2014, recognized the achievements of India's most successful retailers, e-retailers and brands across several categories in terms of business performance, customer experience, innovation and leadership in the retail sector.  
 
Talking about the achievement, Anurag Rajpal, Director and Chief Executive Officer, American Swan said, “Being awarded the ‘Emerging E-Retailer of the Year’ at the Indian Retail Awards is a matter of great pride and privilege for us. Anurag Rajpal was also one of the key note speakers at the e-Retail conference on e-commerce & omni-channel. Mr. Rajpal shared his views on the multi-channel commerce and how online & digital experiences are getting integrated into the brick & mortar retail formats. The discussion examined how e-commerce is re-writing traditional retail practices and implementation of new ones that will shape retail Indian retailing's new distribution. 
 
The American Swan brand is concentrating on strengthening its presence in the digital & social sphere by offering a mix of content, technology, convenience and innovation intending on engaging the audience in a very potent way. The brand recently was also adjudged the “Online Retail Launch Site of the Year” and “Best E-commerce site of the Year” receiving awards in 5 diverse categories at the Asia Retail Congress, 2014 held in Mumbai.
