Cache commences public offering of $14mn

Cache, Inc., a specialty chain of women’s apparel stores, announced that it intends to offer and sell, subject to market and other conditions, $14.0 million of its common stock in a public offering.
 
Cache intends to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an aggregate of 15% of the amount of common stock offered. Cache expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
 
In connection with the offering, B. Riley & Co., LLC is acting as the sole underwriter. The offering of these securities will be made only by means of a prospectus and related prospectus supplement, copies of which can be obtained, when available, from B. Riley & Co., LLC, 11100 Santa Monica Blvd., Suite 800, Los Angeles, California 90025.
