From January 17 – 19, 2009, The FOCUS | APPAREL & ACCESSORIES SHOW held during the LA Fashion Market at the California Market Center (CMC) will start the year fresh with a smaller and more selected list of approximately 20 exhibitors. The show will feature new and established young contemporary to better contemporary brands for both men and women in the Penthouse on Level 13, A-Side. Improvements to the show will include benefits and ease of service for both exhibitors and buyers.

Featured exhibitors for the upcoming January show include famed designer, Maggie Barry (www.maggiebarry.com), Parisian handbag line, Sequoia Paris (www.sequoiaparis.com), jewelry by Micha Design (www.michadesign.myshopify.com), and new collection, Kate Preschutti (www.katepreschutti.com), along with many others.

Buyers at the upcoming Show can take home the improved show directory which includes companies' full contact information and product images. Buyers will also be able to relax in the new media lounge. On Saturday and Sunday, from 4:00 – 5:00pm they are invited to the “FOCUS HAPPY HOUR” with complimentary cocktails, wine, beer and a live DJ. Similarly, exhibitors at the Show will be able to sneak away from their booths for a break in the new exhibitor lounge with snacks, coffee, magazines, and video games.

“This is the second year and the fourth time; FOCUS will be in the Penthouse level of the CMC. We have a new decisive direction we plan to take the show in 2009 and this January will be the first round of many improvements we will be making throughout the year, from exhibitors to décor, to buyer experience,” says Chelsea Matthews, Senior Tradeshow Manager of the CMC.

FOCUS | Apparel & Accessories Show will take place January 17-19, 2009 in the Penthouse Level 13, A-side across the way from TRANSIT | LA Shoe Show.
