PacSun selects Netezza to analyze data across business enterprise

Netezza Corporation, a leading provider of data warehouse appliances, announced that, together with its partners QuantiSense and MicroStrategy, it will provide Pacific Sunwear with an integrated retail business intelligence solution to manage and analyze data across its multi-channel business.
Pacific Sunwear targets active teens and young adults with the company's PacSun, demo and One Thousand Steps retail concepts. To support Pacific Sunwear's growth strategy, Netezza's integrated solution will provide a high-level view of key performance indicators specific to its business, as well as interactive dashboards and reports for executive analysis, merchandising, finance, store operations and marketing.
