Cohoes announces close down

Having one outlet at Crossgates Mall and six outlets at other locations, Cohoes Fashion Inc is going to shut down operations following this year's Christmas. Retirement of the 'Cohoes' label was mentioned by company previously.
This was announced by Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at the mother Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse Corporation, Robert LaPenta Jr. at a conference attended by analysts.
Three outlets are going to be closed down and four stores will be continued under the 'Burlington' title, but Robert has not mentioned any possibility of functioning of the Crossgates outlet. Cohoes owns a Burlington outlet at Latham Circle Mall, which would remain unaffected according to a mall official.
