Leather major Paolo completes organizational restructuring

Las Vegas based leading leather product maker announced that they have completed the restructuring of the Company. A spokesman for the Company stated, "The Company has spent considerable time and money the last few months to complete all necessary diligence in restructuring the Company to make the transition into the public market."
The Company is a finished leather product manufacturer with subsidiary companies in Slovenia. Toko-Line d.d. is a finished leather product manufacturer which primarily produces purses, handbags, briefcases and other leather accessories. Princic & Co, is a leather tannery located in Slovenia. Princic will be used to process leather for the Companies' finished product companies. The manufacturing facilities are presently producing products for the European market and include such customers as Giorgio Armani and Armani Emporium.
Company will be expanding its sales efforts to include Israel and the United States. "The market for handbags is a very explosive market and is expanding rapidly. The Company is in a very unique position to capitalize on this market in the United States," said a spokesman for the Company. "By using the finest European leather, European design and quality, we have a superior product to offer the customer at a reasonable price."
