German fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld is all set to debut a childrenswear line under his eponymous brand sometime during the spring season of 2016.

According to Daily Mail, the upcoming range, which will offer pieces for newborns to 16-year-olds, will be replete with trademark design elements from the fashion veteran’s namesake mainline for adults.
The introductory offering will feature rock ‘n’ roll-inspired clothing and accessories, including a Lagerfeld's signature black tie and suit look and a red and white T-shirt enhanced with the designer’s face silhouette and name.
The Karl Lagerfeld kidswear line will release two seasonal collections every year.
Apart from Lagerfeld, CWF is also responsible for childrenswear lines of international brands like Chloé, Burberry, DKNY and Marc Jacobs. (PB)
