Gruppo Coin signs agreement with Elio Fiorucci for Love Therapy

Gruppo Coin has signed an exclusive license agreement for the Love Therapy brand created by Elio Fiorucci. Representing two gnomes, it is, as always, a brand that stands out for the fresh outlook and innovation that characterise Elio Fiorucci's style. Gruppo Coin will manufacture and distribute Love Therapy clothing and accessories for women and children all over the world.
“It is a new and important project for our Group – was the statement by Gruppo Coin CEO Stefano Beraldo – Love Therapy is an absolutely extraordinary opportunity that for the first time ever will enable us to directly follow up the development of a fashion product through a dedicated structure that will act as an incubator of new talent. We will also set up an in-house operational unit dedicated to young creative designers that will develop other collections under Elio Fiorucci's stylistic guide”.
“It is an exciting project – says Elio Fiorucci – that is being developed in Gruppo Coin: there is this major financial and organisational structure focusing on youngsters and creativity. There is enormous room for development and I am convinced that Gruppo Coin will find a way to make good use of it”.
This operation enables the Group to access, for the first time, the licenses market: the aim is to emphasise and promote the development of the Love Therapy brand – which is already a cult object amongst youngsters – both nationally and internationally.
Driving the agreement are Gruppo Coin management and organisational expertise and skills gained in the clothing business, flanked by the weathered cooperation with Elio Fiorucci who from 2007 supports OVS Industry for the production of the Baby Angel range, a lively and fresh collection for teenagers.
