By Special Appointment is a service offered against appointment only. Customers have the option of booking appointments right from 8am in the morning, or even requesting for the store to be open till 11pm, depending on their convenience. All it requires is a 24-hour notice. The brand has provided for a leisurely 1 hour of shopping during the extended hours, which is why it plans to offer only 2 appointments in the morning and evening respectively. What’s more, this service is available right through May and June this year!
While there is no charge for this, appointments will be offered on a first-call-first-serve basis and is offered at all flagship stores across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Pune and Lucknow.
